To use this feature, select the elements then click "Live Report" from the ASC Tools ribbon.

By default, you will get a report that is organized by Revit category and displays all of available parameter information for the selected elements.
This information can be exported to CSV or Excel.

You can also change the view to a predefined schedule and exported.
